The Request
On a Friday afternoon, Colorset received an urgent brief from their client,
Discovery, to produce and install a 6x3m freestanding frame with a fabric
graphic in London by the following Monday.
The Challenge
The project demanded rapid turnaround, design, manufacture, and
installation all within three days, including weekend production.
This is typical of the events industry, where tight timelines and last
minute requests are the norm.
The Solution
- Rapid manufacturing: Colorset produced the large custom frame &
printed the fabric over the weekend, ensuring everything was ready for
Monday. - Coordinated logistics: Shipping and installation were carefully
managed within a two-day window, showcasing quick response & strong
project management. - Efficient installation & derig: The frame was installed on Monday
afternoon and derigged that same evening, delivering a seamless
experience for the client.
